Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition (no signs of wear, dirt, or damage).
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom-made or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
