Order Processing Times
- After placing an order, please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day.
- Please note that during peak shopping seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly delayed, but we will keep you informed every step of the way.
Domestic Shipping Options
- We offer domestic shipping to all regions within Finland.
- Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for all domestic orders over 80€ in Finland.
International Shipping Options
- We are pleased to offer international shipping everywhere.
- Estimated Shipping Times: International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.
- Shipping Costs: International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs office, and these fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns, Changes, and Cancellations
- Returns: If you are not satisfied with your order, please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
- Order Changes: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
- Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Custom Made Orders and Returns Since most of our products are made to order, we unfortunately do not accept returns on these items. We encourage all customers to carefully measure themselves or their dogs to ensure the correct size and fit before placing an order. If you need assistance with measurements, please feel free to reach out to us—we're happy to help! We are committed to making sure your order is perfect, so accurate measurements are essential to avoid any issues.

Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier and issuing a replacement or refund as appropriate.
- Shipping Restrictions: Due to various international shipping restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries: North Korea, Iran, and certain countries in conflict or subject to trade sanctions.
